Homeless Survival Guide designed by Stig Bratvold.

“A survival package as a free giveaway to the homeless people of Melbourne. It contains some warm socks, a booklet with some tips and important phone numbers and a map which points out stuff like the homeless centres, where there are free public toilets and also where there is water fountains. On the backside of the map there is also information on the centres that are pointed out on the map. All this is made in pocket size so that you can have it with you at all times. “

Fur fog 21/30 SOLD

This very special zine was created by Ines Estrada and Ginette Lapalme. This run of zines, of which there are only 30, were printed here in Toronto with the use of a Risograph printer and a hoard of different coloured papers.

Each zine is incredibly unique! There are 8 collaborative animal themed drawings printed within, as well as many scraps of beautiful patterned and handmade papers added. Each booklet is lovingly decorated by Ginette or Ines (this one by me). It’s filled with many stickers, unique doodles, stamps and glitter. ♥

This text was written by my friend Ginette! She also took beautiful pictures of another one of these, which you can see at her tumblr.

Regional Assembly of Text is a little store in my neighbourhood and they are awesome! If you’re in the city of Raincouver pay them a visit. Make your own buttons, or read the hundreds of zines in their “lowercase gallery,” I guarantee you will leave the place filled with creativity. Oh, did I mention the place is filled with awesome type writers too?

Welcome to Biscuit Box Zine Club! Biscuit Box Zine Club is all about cherishing our memories when we were young, collecting and hiding objects that are precious to us. As a child, I often collect objects and things that I find interesting in a biscuit box. They became my treasures that I protect. I only show it to people I trust and people who are on my secret list. Till this day, I still keep my own secret “biscuit box” of treasures with old family photos, letters and some other random pointless things that are probably junk to others. I created Biscuit Box Zines to add to my collection of treasures in my “biscuit box.” I love collecting things and organizing them in a special place. If you’re like me, and love to collect things and have a passion for zines you’ll love Biscuit Box Zine Club. Lets start a circulation of zines from places all over. Made with love from my hands to yours and everybody else’s “biscuit box” around the world!
